Here at Oyster Boss, QUALITY comes first. With 1 million acres of pristine national forest to our north and no major industrialized cities around for 100 miles, our little slice of heaven is perfect for growing some MIGHTY FINE oysters.

FROM HARVEST TO YOUR TABLE

Alligator Harbor All Stars are harvested and processed (rinsed and bagged) at Oyster Boss’ own processing plant in Sopchoppy, FL. We guarantee top quality delivered directly to your favorite restaurant. Wild caught oysters are harvested from waters near Yankeetown, FL (September 1st - May 31st) and have proven to be plump, salty and delicious. They will remind you of the oysters from Apalachicola in its prime.

THE FRESHEST OYSTERS AROUND

Oyster Aquaculture uses the power of the Sun and the power of the Sea to grow beautiful and healthy oysters for your enjoyment. All the while, Oyster Boss oysters are filtering the seawater in which they grow, to enhance the health and well-being of their surrounding environment.
